We had a nice stay at the hotel, but there were a few hiccups. While the room was spacious and comfortable with a small kitchen, we experienced a delay during check-in. The location is great, overlooking the countryside, but the activities were limited during our visit. Dining was a mixed bag, with some great restaurants but also a buffet that fell short. Overall, we enjoyed our time, but it could have been better with more attention to detail.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a small kitchen, perfect for our family's needs.
Service
7.0
While the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, our check-in experience was delayed, and we felt a bit neglected.
Location
8.0
The hotel is situated in a beautiful countryside area, though it felt a bit isolated due to limited activities during the off-season.
Dining

Dining options were somewhat underwhelming; while the Chophouse and Teca were fantastic, the buffet was not up to standard.
Facilities

The facilities, including the pool area, were decent, but some activities seemed overpriced.

6.8/10

The hotel had a lot of potential with enjoyable amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. I loved the variety of daily activities and the nice indoor/outdoor pool. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, especially for the prices we paid. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, cleanliness was an issue during our stay, and the service could have been more attentive to details.

Rooms
6.0
The room was generously appointed with plenty of space, a large washroom, and a comfy king-size bed, but it was disappointing that the hard surfaces were dirty and the carpet really needed an update.
Service
7.0
While the staff showed enthusiasm, there were issues with attention to detail, especially during special occasions. However, Kayla at the front desk was particularly helpful.
Location
8.0
The location was appealing and suitable for families, though some areas were closed off for events, impacting our enjoyment.
Dining
5.0
Dining was hit or miss, with average food that didn't justify the high prices, and one breakfast was nearly inedible while another was just fine.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities, including the pool and activities, were enjoyable and contributed positively to the overall experience.

5.6/10

I recently stayed at this resort and while it has stunning views and a beautiful environment, my experience was marred by significant cleanliness issues and poor service. The rooms were nice and suited for a family, but the overall housekeeping was lackluster. I'm not sure if I'd return without some assurance that these issues are addressed. It's frustrating because the potential for a great stay is definitely there.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, but we faced issues with cleanliness upon arrival.
Service
5.0
Service was lacking, especially with response times to our concerns. We felt our issues were swept aside.
Location
8.0
The resort's location by the lake is gorgeous and adds a lot to the experience, but it can get crowded during peak season.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited and the quality was underwhelming. We had to make do with snacks after 8 PM, which felt inadequate.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities like the pools are nice, but common areas need a lot better maintenance.

Our stay at the resort was magical, especially with the winter scenery that took our breath away. The outdoor hot tub and pool made for unforgettable experiences even in the freezing temperatures. However, the dining prices were on the higher side, which made it a bit less appealing. Additionally, while the services were mostly attentive, there were a few hiccups that could use improvement.

Rooms
9.0
The room we stayed in was spacious and appeared newly renovated, with a stunning view of the lake.
Service
7.0
Service was generally attentive to our needs, although there were moments where it felt a bit lacking, especially regarding restaurant reservations.
Location
10.0
The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature, which added to the overall experience.
Dining
6.0
Although the food quality was high, the prices in the restaurants made it feel less worthwhile.
Facilities
10.0
The outdoor hot tub and pool were definitely highlights, maintaining warmth even in -30 temperatures.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The location is stunning and the property is well-maintained, making it a beautiful escape. However, the dining options were quite lacking, and the service could definitely improve in areas. Overall, there are some real highlights, especially the ambiance, but the food left much to be desired.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were comfortable and spacious, facing Lake Rosseau with a lovely kitchenette and fireplace. However, they felt a bit rustic and dated.
Service
6.0
The service varied; while some staff were accommodating, I did have a frustrating experience with the front desk not being as helpful as expected.
Location
9.0
The resort is beautifully located on Lake Rosseau, providing a great backdrop for relaxation. However, the area felt quiet during the off-season, limiting dining options nearby.
Dining
5.0
Dining was underwhelming with food that seemed more like cafeteria fare—lukewarm and lacking choices for those with dietary restrictions. For the price, I expected better.
Facilities
8.0
The resort had a lot of amenities to offer, which made it enjoyable even if some were not operational during my stay. There’s definitely a lot of potential if improvements are made.
