Reviews and Ratings
We had a nice stay at the hotel, but there were a few hiccups. While the room was spacious and comfortable with a small kitchen, we experienced a delay during check-in. The location is great, overlooking the countryside, but the activities were limited during our visit. Dining was a mixed bag, with some great restaurants but also a buffet that fell short. Overall, we enjoyed our time, but it could have been better with more attention to detail.
The hotel had a lot of potential with enjoyable amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. I loved the variety of daily activities and the nice indoor/outdoor pool. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, especially for the prices we paid. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, cleanliness was an issue during our stay, and the service could have been more attentive to details.
I recently stayed at this resort and while it has stunning views and a beautiful environment, my experience was marred by significant cleanliness issues and poor service. The rooms were nice and suited for a family, but the overall housekeeping was lackluster. I'm not sure if I'd return without some assurance that these issues are addressed. It's frustrating because the potential for a great stay is definitely there.
Our stay at the resort was magical, especially with the winter scenery that took our breath away. The outdoor hot tub and pool made for unforgettable experiences even in the freezing temperatures. However, the dining prices were on the higher side, which made it a bit less appealing. Additionally, while the services were mostly attentive, there were a few hiccups that could use improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. The location is stunning and the property is well-maintained, making it a beautiful escape. However, the dining options were quite lacking, and the service could definitely improve in areas. Overall, there are some real highlights, especially the ambiance, but the food left much to be desired.
